Since joining the group in 2014, he has played a central role in identifying, structuring, and scaling new investment opportunities with a focus on Tech sector. He has been instrumental in shaping transformational strategies for large portfolio companies and in enabling start-ups and scale-ups to access capital, operational expertise, and international expansion support. His investment domain lies at the intersection of traditional and digital economies, with a strong focus on breakthrough technologies and megatrends shaping the coming decade — such as artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, robotization and autonomous systems, cybersecurity, climate and energy innovation. He actively seeks out companies capable of addressing future-defining challenges and translating them into scalable solutions. Prior to Rockaway, Dušan advised international start-ups on global market expansion and spent seven years in the management team at AVG Technologies, where he contributed to the company’s international growth and its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
