About:

Dorothee Bär wurde am 19. April 1978 in der Kaiser- und Bischofsstadt Bamberg geboren, die direkt an ihren Heimatlandkreis Haßberge grenzt, wo sie in Ebelsbach aufwuchs. Mit 14 Jahren trat sie in die Junge Union und 1994 dann in die Mutterpartei CSU ein. Zum Studium zog sie in die Landeshauptstadt München und engagierte sich bayernweit als Landesvorsitzende des RCDS. Seit 2001 ist sie Mitglied im CSU-Parteivorstand und wurde bei der Bundestagswahl 2002 in den Deutschen Bundestag gewählt. Von 2009 bis 2013 war sie stellvertretende Generalsekretärin der CSU und für die gesamte CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion Sprecherin für den Bereich Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend. Von Dezember 2013 bis März 2018 war sie Parlamentarische Staatssekretärin beim Bundesminister für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur. Von März 2018 bis Dezember 2021 war sie Staatsministerin im Bundeskanzleramt und Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Digitalisierung. Von 2021 bis 2025 war sie stellvertretende Fraktionsvorsitzende der CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion für die Bereiche Familie und Kultur.

Please use the exclusive VIP/Speaker check-in at Entrance West (badge collection with ticket + valid ID).
Note: short waiting times may occur on Monday morning.

Upload Guidelines for Presentations

If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
File type: MP4 or .m4v.

Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 17th, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
