
Danijel Grabovac is the Global Head of Siemens for Startups, where he leads Siemens’ global efforts to connect startups with the company’s software, customers, partners, and innovation ecosystem. In this role, he focuses on fostering collaboration between startups and Siemens business units, helping emerging companies scale through access to technology, go-to-market opportunities, and the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem. Prior to leading Siemens for Startups, Danijel held several strategy and innovation roles at Siemens, including Global Lead Startup Strategy and Lead External Innovation, driving corporate-startup collaboration and innovation initiatives. Beyond Siemens, he is actively engaged in the European startup ecosystem as a Startup Policy Advisor to the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and a speaker on topics such as deep tech innovation, industrial transformation, and startup growth. Danijel combines a background in innovation strategy, entrepreneurship, user experience, and digital product development with a passion for building bridges between startups and industry to accelerate industrial innovation and strengthen Europe's competitiveness.
