About:

Christian is a serial entrepreneur and investor. Since 2022, he serves as investment director at SPRIND, the German Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovation (www.sprind.org), he identifies and supports innovators with radical ideas with a billion Euro SPRIND budget. From 2018 until 2024, Christian also served as Venture Partner for Eurazeo, the largest EU based Venture Capital fund, investing in cleantech startups. From 2017 until 2020 he was co-founder and CEO of Fresh Energy, generating unparalleled insights based on smart meter data, before selling Fresh Energy to EWE end of 2020. From 2011 until 2017 he was co-founder and managing director of KIWI (www.kiwi.ki), building a city-scale handsfree access-as-a-service system. Prior to KIWI, he co-founded Kirsen Global Security in the Silicon Valley that became global leader in container security and exclusive provider for DB Schenker. Christian has more than 5 years of experience as senior consultant with McKinsey. Christian holds/held several Board memberships: innogy (former RWE) Digital Transformation Board; German PropTech Initiative (GPTI); Vali Berlin - The Entrepreneurship Hub at ESMT Berlin; UC Berkeley BA International Diploma. Christian holds a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in security technology and logistics and a master (Diplom) in chemical engineering from the University of Technology in Berlin, Germany.

Table Captain Networking: Round 1

The first 45 minutes of Networking. Afterwards there is a 15 minute break for the attendees to switch tables.

The guests should have rotated their table by now, the second round of Networking starts.

Your ticket grants access to all three days of the event.
Please use the exclusive VIP/Speaker check-in at Entrance West (badge collection with ticket + valid ID).
Note: short waiting times may occur on Monday morning.

Your Presentation

Upload Guidelines for Presentations

If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
File type: MP4 or .m4v.

Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 17th, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
