His background spans several years at BCG corporate finance, restructuring and transformation, a PhD in Private Equity, and the last five years as an early-stage tech investor at InnoEnergy, where he has supported companies from the early founding days through growth, difficult turnarounds, international expansion and successful exits. Further, Axel has experienced companies from multiple perspectives: as consultant, investor, advisor and board member; giving him the judgment to challenge management constructively while understanding the operational realities founders and C-levels face.
