Wiktor is the Executive Chairman at Netguru, a company he co-founded in 2008, and a technology enthusiast, investor, and connector. Netguru builds digital products that let people do things differently. We have changed the way people listen to music, learn languages, and rent bicycles. Netguru’s clients’ products have been covered by New York Times, Business Insider, TechCrunch, and Wired. Our mission is to help innovators and entrepreneurs shape the world through beautiful software. With more than 900 people on board, over $60m in revenue and 600+ completed projects, Netguru became one of the fastest growing companies in Europe under Wiktor’s leadership, and it has been recognised by the Financial Times, Deloitte, and Forbes. As the Executive Chairman, Wiktor is responsible for the company’s external presence, co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company, developing Netguru’s social footprint and implementing sustainable growth strategies. He is also an active angel investor in several technology startups and a board member of Ten Square Games, a free-to-play game studio. Wiktor loves connecting people: with each other and with innovative ideas. He is active in the startup/technology/leadership community through organisations such as YPO, Endeavor and others. Wiktor believes in workplace transparency, diversity, and equality. Netguru culture’s is a natural realisation of his drive to build a workplace he’d personally would like to work at.

Table Captain Networking: Round 1
The first 45 minutes of Networking. Afterwards there is a 15 minute break for the attendees to switch tables.

The guests should have rotated their table by now, the second round of Networking starts.

Your Presentation - deadline 24.09.2025

Upload Guidelines for Presentations
If you have a presentation, please ensure that you submit your materials/files in a single zip folder containing the following:

1. Presentation File:

  • Keynote file 16:9 (1920x1080px) or PowerPoint file (.pptx, 1920x1080px).
  • Please make sure all fonts and videos are embedded within the file, if applicable.

2. PDF File:

  • A PDF version of your presentation with all fonts embedded.

3. Fonts:

  • Any custom fonts used in your presentation (please include the font files).

4. Videos:

  • All videos included in the presentation must also be provided separately.
  • Format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080px (Full HD).
  • File type: MP4 or .m4v.
Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted no later than September 24, 2025.
This is necessary to allow our technical team to review and test the presentations in advance.
