Previously, Martin served as Managing Director and CCO/CFO at Fernride, where he scaled the team to 150 employees, and held senior leadership roles at BMW Group and UBS Investment Bank, advising on M&A transactions. Martin brings over 15 years of experience managing real estate portfolios, which combined with his leadership, strategy, finance, and technology background enables him to scale MARAX and drive the consolidation in the German property management market.
