Joanna Riley is the founder and CEO of Censia, an AI-powered talent intelligence company. Before founding Censia, she led her companies through two successful acquisitions and an IPO She has been part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, a collegiate rower. She earned her BA degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. I also attended HBS's President's MBA program and was selected by Andreessen Horowitz to participate in Standford Business Schools' Director's College executive education program for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms. Joanna serves on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, the leading IT certification organization, and the Regional Board for Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as the Regional Membership Officer. Joanna was named one of the 100 Highest-Ranking Women in Technology, one of Goldman Sach's Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs, and is attending the World Economic Forum as one of the few recognized as a Technology Pioneer. She is passionate about advancing women in technology and entrepreneurship and supports female-led startups as an investor in future tech leaders.
