Ritika Pai is a Partner at ICONIQ based in London, where she leads investments across AI, enterprise software, and consumer technology in Europe and beyond. Since joining ICONIQ in 2019, Ritika has helped lead investments into a number of technology leaders, including Legora, ElevenLabs, Swap, DeepL, Pigment, Wolt, Braze, and Sprinklr. She was previously part of the San Francisco investment team and was part of the founding team of ICONIQ’s European office. Ritika started her career at Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking team and graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
