Ollie leads Sequoia’s Executive GTM Talent network, partnering with founders across Europe and the US to build world-class go-to-market leadership teams. He advises outlier founders, investors and senior operators on talent strategy, executive hiring and the career transitions that shape enduring companies.

Alongside his portfolio work, Ollie runs Sequoia Rising, a community for the next generation of ambitious operators, supporting undiscovered rising stars as they navigate pivotal moments in their careers.

Prior to Sequoia, Ollie helped hire Google Cloud’s leadership team across EMEA and trained in executive search at The Up Group.
