Dr. Manfred Boudreaux-Dehmer was the inaugural Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of NATO. His main priority was driving forward digital transformation and cybersecurity for 57 entities and 30,000 users in the NATO Enterprise with a €1B investment budget.

Prior to NATO, Manfred directed all global IT needs for Sierra Wireless in Vancouver, Canada for eleven years and spent 20 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Compaq Computers.

Manfred has an MBA from Duke University, a Master of Science (MSc) in Business and Management Research, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Reading, UK.
