As a founder, I've built multiple companies and achieved two successful exits. Today, I lead F-Log Ventures at FIEGE and have been responsible for more than 30 startup investments across logistics, supply chain, robotics, energy, and AI.

Having sat on both sides of the table—as founder and investor—I enjoy sharing practical lessons on fundraising, finding customers, scaling teams, building strategic partnerships, and navigating the realities of entrepreneurship.
