Hi, I’m Phil! I started my journey with CREW10 in 2021, joining the team as an intern while completing my degree in media communications. What began as a hands-on introduction into the world of brand communication and social media quickly evolved into a passion for developing strategies that connect creativity with measurable impact. Over the years, I have grown with the company and now hold the position of Head of Marketing, where I am responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive visibility, growth, and long-term success for our clients. My work at CREW10 revolves around social media projects, but my path has been shaped by a wide variety of experiences across different areas of a start-up environment. I have managed artists, taken on HR responsibilities, supported recruitment processes, and been actively involved in sales. These diverse responsibilities have made me a true start-up all-rounder, with the ability to adapt quickly, take ownership of projects, and connect different disciplines to achieve common goals. What excites me most in my current role is the opportunity to design creative formats and campaigns that don’t just look good, but also perform. From strategy development to content production and performance tracking, I enjoy combining big-picture thinking with operational execution. I believe in building content that tells authentic stories and creates real impact for the people and brands we work with. Beyond my professional journey, I have gained extensive international experience, which has deeply shaped my perspective on communication. Living and working abroad has given me a strong appreciation for intercultural exchange, and I strive to bring this understanding into my daily work. For me, marketing is not only about reaching audiences but also about connecting people across backgrounds and cultures.
