FC Nürnberg, where he drives transformation at the intersection of performance, brand, and fan engagement. From July, he will join Deutsche Sport Marketing as Managing Director, leading “Team Deutschland” — the German Olympic and Paralympic team — and spearheading the economic initiative behind Germany’s Olympic bid. Having worked with global powerhouses such as Real Madrid, FIFA, and UEFA, Dirk brings a unique perspective on scaling sports organizations in an increasingly competitive landscape. He further sharpened his leadership approach through executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business, with a focus on innovation and leadership.
