Your Role

We are looking for a (Junior) Partner Success Manager starting as soon as possible. Your goal is to ensure the success of our partners. As the central point of contact for the customer, you will accompany the entire implementation phase and ensure that all internal and external stakeholders work together optimally. In addition, you will continuously optimize the internal flow of information to maximize efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the implementation of all agreed sponsorship services.
  • Coordination of all internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main contact person and representative for sponsors during the implementation phase to ensure the smooth integration of sponsors.
  • Creation of high-quality briefing documents to effectively inform sponsors about all relevant processes, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Conducting structured kick-off meetings to optimally prepare sponsors for implementation.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience through regular communication, transparent updates, and proactive problem-solving management.
  • Proactive identification of needs and upselling during the implementation phase.
  • Continuously optimize internal processes to increase efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Project Management Experience: You have experience in planning and implementing projects, ideally in event management, sponsoring, or an agency environment with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator and know how to interact with both internal teams and external partners at eye level.
  • Customer Orientation: You have a sense for customer needs, work in a solution-oriented manner, and ensure excellent partner support.
  • Organizational Talent: You keep track of things even in complex projects, set priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Initiative & Hands-on Mentality: You think ahead, get things done, and proactively find solutions to continuously improve processes and results.
  • Analytical Thinking & Process Optimization: You identify potential for improvement and optimize internal workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Digital Affinity: You are confident in using common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar).
  • Fluency in German and English: You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and verbally.
  • Team Player with a Startup Mindset: You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are flexible, and actively contribute new ideas.
