Head of Growth Marketing - AI & Performance Focus (m/f/x)

Lead the marketing engine to empower founders in Europe. As our Head of Growth Marketing, you own the entire marketing organization at Bits & Pretzels. You will turn our mission into a scalable, AI-native growth engine — moving past using AI as a gimmick and establishing it as the core architecture of how we reach and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

You are the strategic leader for all marketing activities at Bits & Pretzels. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our strong brand and a data-driven growth engine to amplify our impact: Empowering founders in Europe. You will lead our marketing organization to transform our brand, content, and community into an intelligent system. This is a role for a leader who wants to own the full funnel and define how AI-native marketing looks at scale.

Your focus:

• Lead the Marketing Org: You own the strategy and execution across all channels, leading a high-impact team of content, design, and media experts.
• Mission-Driven Growth: You turn our mission into scalable systems, ensuring our brand reaches and supports the right founders at every stage of their journey.
• AI Architecture: You implement AI-native workflows as the foundation of our marketing—from generative content to automated performance optimization.
• Full Funnel Ownership: You take accountability for the entire journey—from high-level brand awareness to community engagement and ticket sales.
• Strategic Expansion: You develop and test new formats and channels to future-proof the Bits & Pretzels ecosystem.

• Leadership Excellence: 4+ years of experience in leading growth or marketing teams, ideally within the startup, SaaS, or platform ecosystem.
• Systems Architect: You have a proven track record of building marketing organizations and systems, not just managing individual campaigns.
• AI-First Mindset: Hands-on experience integrating AI (Claude, Make, GPT-4, etc.) into professional, high-output marketing workflows.
• Strategic & Analytical: You can connect our high-level mission with hard performance data and ROI.
