The Oktoberfest networking will take place in the Schottenhamel tent at the Oktoberfest, which is located at Theresienwiese in Munich.
The Oktoberfest networking starts at 9 am. Your seat will be reserved for you, but you have to be punctual to take your place. It’s important to stay at least for 3-4 hours.
As a ticket owner, you will receive an email with access to our selection tool before the event starts (approximately 3 days prior to the event). With this tool you can choose your seat at one of the tables. According to the "first-come-first-serve“-principle you can choose your favorite Table Captain OR Topic Table.
The selection process will start approximately 10 days before the event. We’ll keep you updated regarding the exact starting date.
On 26th September 2017 around 150 tables at the Oktoberfest will be hosted by a Table Captain (a well-known, successful internet expert, CEO, CTO, investor, editor-in-chief etc.). Ask questions, get advice and make worthwhile contacts that move your business idea to the next level.
Unfortunately, a change in Table Captains cannot be ruled out. We will inform you as soon as possible, but we’re not responsible for short-term cancellations. We’ll ask the Table Captain to contact you directly via e-mail so that you have the chance to ask all your questions.
On 26th September 2017 around 150 tables at the Oktoberfest will have a specific topic. As of now, you can hand in topic suggestions. We will select the most exciting ones, which will then be discussed at these tables. Talk to interesting people, get new viewpoints, advice and make worthwhile contacts that move your business idea to the next level.
You will get two vouchers (one for food and one for beverage) for the Oktoberfest networking. You receive these vouchers during the first two conference days at the International Congress Center.
