Paul Murphy invests in early-stage technology companies across Europe, currently through his own fund as a solo-GP, and previously as a partner at Lightspeed. His investments include Mistral AI, Neko Health, Proxima Fusion, TEM Energy, and Supercritical. He co-founded Dots, a mobile game studio acquired by Take-Two Interactive, and Giphy, the GIF platform acquired by Meta. He also served as COO of Aviary, the creative tools company acquired by Adobe. He began his career as an engineer at Microsoft. Paul holds a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
