Working Student Startup Relations (M/F/D)

Your Role

We are looking for a working student (15-20 h/week) for startup relations starting immediately. As a working student you support the strategic planning of Bits & Pretzels and Bits & Pretzels HealthTech while focusing on our core customer group - startup founders. Therefore, you support with maintenance and expansion of our valuable community of startups as well as with development, preparation, organization and implementation of suitable formats and benefits for startups.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Support with startup scouting
• Enhance our relationship management with startups
• Identify potential for new offerings and support with the maintenance and expansion of (strategic) partnerships
• Contribute to the preparation, organization and implementation of our Startup Exhibition, Startup Pitch Competition, Startup-Investor Meetings, Matchmaking formats and more target group specific formats
• Take responsibility for the successful execution of the target group specific formats at our events
• Continuously optimize our existing processes and challenge the status quo

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student, currently studying economics or a similar subject, know different business models and can assess them
• You already have first experiences in the business world (working student, internships, etc.)
• You know your way around the startup ecosystem and have a natural curiosity for entrepreneurship
• You are fluent and comfortable with German and English
• Know How of startups and venture capital, business models and market potentials to identify suitable startups
• A high degree of organizational talent & independent working style
• Creativity & ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills (ideally first experiences in sales)
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
