Intern Speaker- & Program Manager (M/F/D)

We are organizing Europe's biggest Festival for Startup Founders. We are connecting founders with venture capital, partners, and new clients. Therefore we are helping founders create technology that improves the lives of all of us.

Your Role

We are looking for interns (6 months: April - September and 3 Month Juli - September) for our “Speaker- & Program Management”-team. 

As an intern, you support the program team responsible for stage content, speaker management, Table Captain networking, and side events. 

You are fascinated by the most important topics and current trends of the startup ecosystem? Relationship management, flawless communication, and ensuring a smooth event flow for our speakers are a matter of course for you - then this position seems pretty perfect for you!

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • You support the curation & implementation of our stage program: From initial ideas to speaker requests and agenda planning
  • You take care of our speakers & VIPs: You answer their questions, help coordinate all logistical topics, and manage an extraordinary speaker & VIP experience onsite
  • Own responsibility for the conception & realization of smaller event formats, e.g. speaker dinners & side events
  • You assist in the organization and coordination of our table captain networking event with 5,000 founders at the Munich Oktoberfest

Your Profile

  • You are an enrolled student
  • You already have first experiences in the business world (working student, internships, etc.)
  • Very high motivation to continuously develop the content of Bits & Pretzels events
  • A high degree of organizational talent & independent working style
  • Creativity, hands-on mentality & ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility & ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
  • You are fluent and comfortable with German and English
  • Safe handling of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
