Where and when does the Bits & Pretzels HealthTech take place?

The Festival lasts for two days from 20 - 21 June 2023 at the ICM Munich - the international congress center of the Messe Munich. (Google Maps)

Can I buy passes on behalf of my team members?

Yes you can. After purchasing the tickets you can assign each ticket to different owners by personalizing each of them. Please make sure to use an individual email addresse for each user. Additionally, you can forward the tickets to the respective attendees for personalization.

Can my company become a Bits & Pretzels HealthTech partner?

Yes, you can apply for becoming a partner. We collected everything you need to know on this page.

Can I transfer a ticket to another person?

Yes. If a ticket has already been assigned you can re-assign the ticket until two weeks before the event. To do so please use the link in the email you received after your purchase. Pro-Tip: Search for “Vivenu” in your email program.

Is there a possibility to get a refund if I am not able to come?

Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable.If you can find someone who can attend the event instead of you, it’s possible to transfer the ticket to another person as long as the change has been made before the event. To do so please use the link in the email you received after your purchase. (Pro-Tip: Search for “Vivenu” in your email program).

Please be aware that the new ticket holder has to fit the ticket category. Otherwise the exchange might be denied.

What are the different ticket types?

We want to price each ticket accordingly to what the user should be able to afford.

Startup Ticket

This reduced rate is only guaranteed for startups and scaleups founded after 2013 with a headcount of fewer than 300 employees.

Startups are defined as young, often tech-driven, companies aiming for rapid growth with a scalable business model. If you don't belong to this category, please choose a General Admission, Corporate Vendor, or Consultant Ticket. This might be the case if you have an agency-like business model or an consulting approach.

Please not the all purchases of startup tickets will be checked manually.

Investor Ticket

Our Investor Ticket is for individuals working for entities making direct investments in startups or venture capital funds – VCs, CVCs, LPs, Family Offices, Busines Angels, and M&A Investors. This category is also for founders or employees of accelerators and incubators. This will be checked after the purchase.

General Admission

Choose this ticket if you belong to a clinic, HCPs, insurance company, regulatory or governmental institution, scientific research or non-profit organization.

Corporate Vendor

Choose this ticket if your company was founded before 2013 or has over 300 employees.


Choose this ticket if you work for a consulting or a freelance consultant.

Can I book meetings with other attendees before the event?

Yes, you can, and most of the meetings are booked already prior to the event, right after we’ve opened our Matchmaking Tool (will go live upt to 4 weeks before the event).

Our Matchmaking tool allows you to:

  • Discover any registered visitor, startup or investor, based on your search criteria
  • Book and manage meetings
  • Have meetings with prospective attendees in the Meeting Area.
  • Chat with people prior to the meetings
